All prices quoted on Ella & Co - Pallet Design website are in NZD dollars.
COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION:
We collect information about you through our websites in an effort to improve your shopping experience, as well as communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. We are fully committed to protecting the confidentiality, security and privacy of all your information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to ANYONE. We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, facilitate court proceedings, enforce or apply our terms and conditions, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Ella & Co - Pallet Design, our users, or others.
UNSUBSCRIBE POLICY:
We only want to send emails to those who want to receive them. If you would not like to receive future emails from us, please contact us at shop@ellaandco.nz
WEBSITE AND CREDIT CARD SECURITY:
We take website and credit card security seriously and always endeavour to provide a secure safe platform on which to conduct online transactions. Ella & Co - Pallet Design uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information as it is transmitted over the Internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information ensuring privacy and security. To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located in your browser window. If it appears, then SSL is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read ‘https’ rather than just ‘http’.
LINKING TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES:
When you click on links and banners on our site that may take you to third party websites, you will be subject to the third party’s privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, Ella & Co - Pallet Design cannot be responsible for the actions of any third-party websites.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to love your purchase. We are happy to assist you if you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@ellaandco.nz or call us on (09) 9458386 explaining what you would like to return. Contact must be made within 7 working days of receiving the goods and returned products must be in original unused condition, accompanied by the original Tax Invoice/Packing Slip. We will issue a store credit but cannot issue refunds and shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in the store credit.
Unfortunately, clearance/sale items (including storewide sales) and special-order products are not eligible for return unless faulty so please choose carefully.
Once items have been returned to us, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued and emailed to you. This can be used for any purchase on our website.
Ella & Co - Pallet Design will not accept items sent back to stock if our team has not been notified beforehand. If returns are in a state of unacceptable quality due to misuse or not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions the return could be void.
We take great care to make sure your order arrives in one piece. However, should your order arrive faulty or damaged please contact us at shop@ellaandco.nz , no later than 7 days after receiving your order explaining the situation so we can assist with a solution. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will arrange and pay for a courier pick up from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available, we will send one out, once we receive your package at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you a store credit or a refund – your choice!
Please note that in the case of ‘change of mind’ returns – the return costs and safe return is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you use a courier or tracked post service for returning products to us.
All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Ella & Co - Pallet Design.
LAYBUY:
Please note, Laybuy is not set up like a traditional layby service. Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spreads the total cost of your purchase over 6 weekly automatic interest free payments. To pay with Laybuy you require a Laybuy account. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY:
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time by publishing the revised privacy policy on our website. We encourage you to check this policy regularly for any modifications or updates. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been posted on our website indicates your acceptance of those changes.
