Shipping times:
Ella & Co - Pallet Design processes orders Mon-Fri. We endeavour to pack and send your orders the day after they are placed for Standard NZ Wide Shipping. During peak shopping season, these times may vary due to a rise in demand, but we will do our best to ensure your orders are with you as soon as possible.

Standard NZ Wide Shipping:
All orders under $200 will have $15 shipping added to total at checkout.
Orders $200 and over are free shipping! -This excludes XL items.

XL items NZ Wide Freighting:
Items marked as XL are too large to be couriered, and will be freighted by truck. For an estimated freight cost please refer to our freight chart shown below. Charge is per m3, and is an estimate only. Since the minimum charge is for 1 cubic metre, you may be able to add items to be shipped at the same time with no extra freight charge. Please contact us with your shipping address for an accurate freight quote shop@ellaandco.nz . Your order will be placed once freight has been confirmed.
Please note that a freight cost will be charged in addition to the cost of the item for all products marked as XL.
