Ella & Co processes orders Mon-Fri. We endeavour to pack and send your orders the day after they are placed for Standard NZ Wide Shipping. During peak shopping season, these times may vary due to a rise in demand, but we will do our best to ensure your orders are with you as soon as possible.
Standard NZ Wide Shipping:
All orders under $200 will have $15 shipping added to total at checkout.
Orders $200 and over are free shipping! -This excludes XL items.
XL items NZ Wide Freighting:
Items marked as XL are too large to be couriered and will be freighted by truck. Please contact us with your shipping address for an accurate freight quote shop@ellaandco.nz . We will help you place your order once freight has been confirmed.
Please note that a freight cost will be charged in addition to the cost of the item for all products marked as XL.
